How to Play (Instructions)
- 1
Remember Colors and Positions – Block Memory
Block Memory is a card-matching game that tests your concentration and memory under time pressure. Each colorful block hides a color on its reverse side, and your goal is to find all matching pairs within the time limit. Intuition and a cool head are the keys to victory.
- 2
How to Play
Flip over two cards at a time to reveal their colors. If the colors match, you form a pair and earn points.
- 3
Scoring System
You earn points for every successful match, but points are deducted if the colors do not match. Success requires accurate memory and avoiding unnecessary mistakes.
- 4
Time Limit
You have 60 seconds to find all the pairs. The game ends when time runs out, so plan your moves quickly and precisely.
Cognitive Functions You Will Train
Block Memory and Brain Development
This game is designed to repeatedly engage "working memory"—the ability to hold information (such as card colors and positions) in short-term memory while simultaneously making decisions about the next move. Because the prefrontal cortex plays a central role in this simultaneous retention and processing of information, the brain's executive functions are activated. Continued play is expected not only to enhance attention and information-processing speed but also to foster cognitive development in children and help prevent forgetfulness and maintain cognitive acuity in adults and the elderly. It serves as a form of training that provides meaningful stimulation to the brain, even in short sessions.
