How to Play (Instructions)
- 1
Clear Numbers That Add Up to 10
Speed 10 is a fast-paced puzzle game where you have 60 seconds to clear as many numbers as possible by quickly finding and tapping pairs of adjacent numbers that sum to 10, or pairs of identical numbers.
- 2
Rules
Select two adjacent numbers on the board and tap them to clear them if their sum is 10. Alternatively, you can tap and clear two identical numbers (even if they are not adjacent). Either method works for clearing numbers.

Time Limit and Score
Each round lasts 60 seconds. The more pairs you clear within that time, the higher your score. Speed and accuracy are key; for instance, clearing pairs in quick succession triggers a combo bonus.
Cognitive Functions You Will Train
Sharpening Calculation and Processing Speeds
This game effectively trains calculation speed (the ability to perform addition instantly) and processing speed (the ability to rapidly move from perceiving visual information to making a decision and taking action) by challenging players to quickly locate and clear pairs of adjacent numbers that sum to 10 or pairs of identical numbers within a 60-second time limit. The process of scanning the board for target numbers also engages visual search skills—the ability to efficiently extract specific information from a multitude of stimuli—and boosts sustained concentration through the continuous search for matches. Because players must switch between different clearing rules (adjacent pairs summing to 10 versus identical number pairs) depending on the situation, the game strongly demands flexible thinking and working memory (the ability to select the optimal move while keeping track of the current board state). These cognitive functions are primarily associated with the prefrontal cortex and parietal lobe; repeated play can lead to improved numerical awareness and faster decision-making in daily life.
